About

Our family lives in Central Pennsylvania near many old order Amish and Mennonite communities (those are the ones still driving by horse and buggy). Our passion as a family is to find ways to serve our Lord Jesus Christ as a whole family and live as simply and independently as we can. For us “taking dominion” of the earth means things like raised bed vegetable gardens, pastured broiler chickens, home schooling, and covenant relationship with the Body of Christ.

Currently our family includes David and Heather (aka, Daddy and Mommy), Kelsea (age 11), Grace (age 9), Jeffrey (age 7), David, Jr. (age 6), Abigail (age 4), Lily Jane (age 2) and Josiah (0).
